For the delivery, Generally speaking, we arrange the order with express, you will get the crochets within 7-12working days. To configure orders from different regions flexibly and ensure its safe arrivals,we also arrange delivery via International Small Packet for some area.and the packet would be arrived within 12-20working days.

Refunds

As every crochet knit products is our handmade craft based on customer’s requirements,The Crocheting would be begin within 12hours after you ordered. and the considering of hygiene, Refunds are not support after ordered except the following situations:

1. The order was not been delivered on time without any explanation or consensus through negotiation.
2. The parcel is lost during the transportation,you can choose refund of resent based on your requires.

Exchanges
